Net 30 Days from Invoice
- Material may only be returned after obtaining a Return Authorization Number.
- Email Jmulhern@aerosmithfastening.com for a Return Authorization Number.
- Product returns must be made within 30 days of the date of shipment and will be accepted only after the material has been verified as in undamaged condition.
- There are no returns on special orders or custom merchandise.
- A minimum 20% handling charge will be imposed on all materials returned unless an order for twice the value of the returned goods is placed at the same time as the return is being processed.
- Partial boxes are prohibited and will not be given credit.
Credit memos will be issued for all material returns, and will be applied to future purchases.
Customers are responsible for any costs related to returning the merchandise. All freight cost relating to returned items is paid by the customer. Products received that arrive damaged or incomplete will not be credited. The customer is responsible for filing a claim with the carrier, although assistance can be given by providing pictures of the damaged shipment.
