Wedge Anchor Type 316 Stainless Steel
Aerosmith®’s Wedge Anchor Type 316 Stainless Steel is a heavy duty mechanical anchor designed for consistent performance in solid concrete or grout filled concrete masonry. The anchor is threaded and comes complete with a nut and washer which are made of 316 Stainless Steel. The body is made of 316 Stainless Steel with a 316 Stainless Steel expansion clip. Anchor is driven into a pre-drilled hole which is the same diameter as the anchor body. The anchor is set by tightening the nut to the required torque value for optimum performance. To help identify the length of an installed anchor an identification code can be seen visually at the top of the anchor to determine length after the anchor has been installed. The material grade enables you to use this product in both internal and some external applications where corrosion resistance may be required.
